Yes. Summer bales are always separate by gender and age. Women's Summer Mix, Men's Summer Mix and Kids Summer Mix are each their own separate 45kg bale — never mixed together. Winter bales are different — they are a mixed bale with women's, men's and kids winter garments all together.
What is in a winter bale?
Winter bales are a mixed bale — women's, men's and kids' winter garments all together in one 45kg bale. This includes jackets, coats, jumpers, hoodies, cardigans, fleece and knitwear. There are no separate women's only or men's only winter bales.
Are shoes sold separately by gender?
No. Shoes are sold as mixed sacks — women's, men's and kids footwear all together in one 25kg sack. Every pair is quality checked and paired before packing. We do not sell shoes separately by gender.
How do I get the 10% discount on women's bales?
The 10% discount applies to women's summer mix bales bought in bulk. Contact us when you enquire and let us know your order quantity — we'll confirm whether the discount applies to your order.
Can I visit the warehouse before placing an order?
Yes — warehouse inspection visits are always welcome. Call us to arrange a convenient time to visit our South East Melbourne warehouse. You can see the bales in person, check quality and discuss your requirements. No obligation to place an order.
Do towels come with household textiles?
No. Towels are a completely separate product from household textiles. Household textiles include bed sheets, blankets, doona covers, tablecloths, pillow cases and other household materials. Towels must be ordered separately.
