We source all clothing from across Australia. Quality Australian clothing is what gives our bales their consistency — and what keeps buyers coming back order after order.

Buyers are always welcome to visit our South East Melbourne warehouse and inspect stock before placing an order. No obligation — we're happy to show you what's available.

Summer Bales Always Separate — Never Mixed
Women's, Men's and Kids summer bales are always separate 45kg bales. You will never receive a mixed summer bale. Each bale contains one gender and age group only.
Winter Bales — Mixed Gender in One Bale
Winter bales are a mixed bale — women's, men's and kids' winter garments all together in one 45kg bale. This is always the case for winter stock.
Shoes — Every Pair Checked & Paired
Every pair of shoes is individually quality checked and matched before being packed. Women's, men's and kids footwear all together in 25kg mixed sacks.
Consistent 45kg Bale Weight
All clothing bales are compressed to 45kg. Shoes are packed in 25kg sacks. Bags in 20kg sacks. Soft toys in 15kg sacks. Consistent weights every order.

Our Sorting &
Packing Process

Every bale goes through a consistent sorting, checking and compression process before it leaves our Melbourne warehouse.

Stock Received
Used clothing is received and sorted by category — women's, men's, kids, winter and other product types.

Quality Checked
Items are checked for condition. Shoes are individually paired and quality checked. Unusable items removed.

Sorted by Category
Summer garments sorted strictly by gender and age. Winter garments mixed together. Shoes, bags, textiles kept separate.

Compressed & Packed
Bales compressed to 45kg and strapped. Shoes packed in 25kg sacks. Ready for warehouse inspection or direct container loading.
